In any case, the Account is subject to specific terms and conditions of use.

2.2 Data We Collect Automatically

3. For what reasons or purposes, and on what legal basis, is personal data processed?

Your Data is subject to automated processing carried out by S-E for the various purposes described below, both in connection with your use of the Sites and your participation in events organized by S-E or entrusted to S-E for organization.

Your Data is processed to manage your requests and to contact you. - If you are a customer, based on the performance of the contract entered into with S-E, your Data is processed to manage your registration requests and orders and to organize your participation in and visits to events that we organize or have been entrusted to organize.

With a view to continuously improving the events it organizes, your Data is also processed by S-E to optimize its services, send you post-event surveys, and analyze the results.

Based on your consent, S-E may also send you, through any channel, news and promotional information regarding events organized by other entities within the Group to which S-E belongs and/or services and news from S-E’s partners.

Your Data may also be processed to analyze your preferences and habits, enrich personal information in a dedicated S-E database, personalize and optimize your experience on the S-E website—including by allowing you to access certain features—and compile statistics, particularly regarding the effectiveness of marketing campaigns conducted by S-E.

- Personal data is shared with S-E’s internal departments—including sales, sales administration, IT, general administration, and marketing—or with a company within its group, which need to process this data for the purposes outlined above.     Access to your data is granted on the basis of individual and limited access authorizations. - Using social media to interact with our websites and apps (including the “Share” buttons for Facebook, Twitter, and Google+) may result in the exchange of data between S-E and these social media platforms.
